“I’m a Pirate, Take Me To Stranger Tides!”

Pirates of the Caribbean 4

best 3 things of being a pirate??

let's see...

1)no need to follow black and white (law)...
as a the captain of the pirate...we set our own rules!!!
sail freely...
NO FORMAL LETTER needed to get approval...
save cost, save time and save the earth(PAPERLESS)!!

2)NO INCOME TAX!!!
have you even heard of pirate paying income tax??
OF CUZ NO!!!
you can reserve and use all your hard earned $$!!
thats mean...
we need no accountant to help up how to reduce tax or...
"RUN" tax!!
save cost, save time and save the accountant(cuz it might be illegal to RUN tax)!!

3)NO SUMMON...
in pirate world...you free to "DRIVE" your ship!!!
no traffic police will go after you cuz of double parking...
but we still have to be a responsible captain!!!
many life in our hand...we dont want our BROTHERs die of accident...
so whats the benefit??
NO TRAFFIC JAM,save cost (not need to pay summon & DUIT KOPI)...

so, would you like to be a pirate?
i'm recruiting new pirate....
wakakkakka....

S'pore gonna surpass Malaysia soon...

Singapore’s gross domestic product will cap its fastest annual growth this year since independence, rising as much as 15 percent to about $210 billion, while the economy of Malaysia, a country 478 times its size, will expand 7 percent to $205 billion, government forecasts show. The nations are scheduled to release their 2010 data by February.

The island that former economic adviser Albert Winsemius once said was considered a “poor little market in a dark corner of Asia” is now ranked by the World Bank as the easiest place to do business, has the world’s second-busiest container port, and boasts the highest proportion of millionaire households, according to the Boston Consulting Group.

MoneyTree launches YES challenge to arm youngsters with entrepreneurial skills

PETALING JAYA: MoneyTree Sdn Bhd (MTSB) recently held a soft launch for its Money Tree Young Entrepreneur Start-up (YES) challenge, aimed to equip aspiring youngsters with entrepreneurial skills.

MTSB is a subsidiary of MoneyTree Asia Pacific Ltd, which holds the exclusive rights to a first of its kind financial training programme that educates children and youths aged nine years to 19 years.

Students are groomed from learning basic money matters to investment tools and finally graduating to be entrepreneurs.

The MoneyTree YES challenge is the first and sole business challenge in Malaysia that requires participants to come up with a business idea, submit their executive summaries to a panel of judges, and also implement those business ideas by soliciting funds from private investors.

Ultimately, if the teams' business ideas were commercially viable and scalable, they would be channeled to government funding to help bring their business to the next level.

In a statement June 26, MoneyTree chief executive officer Brandon Liew said the YES challenge was started to create an entrepreneur infrastructure that would remove most obstacles, including funding, mentorship and lack of networking that an entrepreneur would face.

"In doing so, this would greatly increase their chances of succeeding in the business world. We are extremely happy that the response for the MoneyTree YES Challenge has been overwhelming as universities and colleges are continuing to send in teams to participate in YES," he said.

The soft launch was attended by YES challenge partners, advisory panel and judges of the YES Challenge, and the YES Challenge participants from more than 10 different universities and colleges nationwide.

Liew said MoneyTree was working closely with organisations such as Cradle Investment Programme (CIP), Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and others to make the programme viable.

He said so far 26 teams of students from institutions including Taylor's University College, Open University Malaysia, Nilai University College, Kolej IKIP, Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College, Tunku Abdul Rahman College, University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Malaya (UM) had registered to participate in the challenge.

The closing date for the MoneyTree YES Challenge registration is June 30.

A Better Malaysia??

what do you think of this??
Malaysia wasn't that bad...
but it can be really get better than what Malaysia is currently.

In my opinion,
Be fair and help all of us.
educate all of us and be strong.
Malaysian all need care from the government in all aspect.
Let's us be more competitive internally and externally!

I wish we will have a better Malaysia in 10years time.
