Turning Point

Here i have...
another huge turning point...

i did once last time from a very "SECURE" and "GOOD" place to another place...
to a place that i love and interested with...
at the end...
i get it done quite well...

i withdrew myself from UTM at the end of 2006 and join TARC 2007 for Diploma in finance and investment...
its kinda hard to be accepted for my parents where most of the parent do want their children to be engineer and getting in local university is KINDA super hard and rare..
but i gave up that opportunity^^

This time...
it will even more harder^^
from PUBLIC BANK to another more entrepreneur place...

Let's do this...
have to re-arrange all my stuff and planning...

My Branch~working place..

Law of ying yang told us that everything must be balance to reach the equilibrium point of harmony...
ying always represent-female or the soft part of the world..
yang always represent-male or the tough part of the world..
any extreme situation will create chaos...

my manager told me that our branch has 19 staff in total...
try to guess....how balance is our yingyang??
we have only 5 male staff including the office boy..

female is almost 3 times of us...
this mean...
more gossip...
more story...
more perfectionism...
more task to handle...

Graduate Trainee in Public Bank

The day we get confirmed after 6 months probation, we will be the senior officer with grade A2...
one of the best benefit to work in bank...
5 days work with 24 days annual leave as A2 and above officer...
in exchange,u might be in a "pressure cooker" work place...
credit department is the most essential part of a bank...
thats the main department to earn $$ for bank...
so promotion chances are there...
if there is a chance by then...
5-6 years can reach branch manager...

currently training in KK for securities part of the credit department..
scanning those legal documents and the whole procedure...
from processing to securities and documentation then monitoring and release...
the last part..
credit control...

its a good place to learn...
no matter who we are...
we will have to apply loan one day...
knowledge of credit will help up alot..

Finding Job...

start sending my resume to many many bank and investment house...
hope to get myself to singapore but yet hope to start my career in malaysia...

its has been long long time didnt update my blog...
has been travelling around European countries these 3 weeks..

london>belgium>amsterdem>germany>Czech replubic>Hugary>Austria>italy>swiss>france...
its is a good experience with a total of 30 friends...
big group of backpacker!

so far everyone is safe and loss has been very small...
1 of our member lost his passport but managed to get it back few days after that...
but he lost total of RM12k~$$ and some personal belonging...

brussel in belgium is the most dangerous country so far...
pick pocket is kinda aggressive there...
but none of us lost a single cent there...
F the brussel...

its kinda cool to travel around where we have to learn many other languages...

my 24 's Birthday in UK

after woke up from the ALCOHOL...
we went to enjoy my Birthday...
good dinner is essential...

btw,being attack by 3 strip dancers...

tided up on the chair...
blind folded...
GF and my classmate "attack" me...
my birthday present from my WIFE...
every man need it d..wanted it since long time ago...

then 1am,
drinking session...
attacked by 5 ppl...
5 cups of DRINK (Whisky+2 types of wine+beer+some coke)...
managed to stand still until the end of the session...
but still have to vomit all of it out before get on the bed...
what a waste..aihz..

25k portfolio failed~~
current total portfolio worth only around 21k!!
one of the main reasons are due to higher expenses...
and some liquidation of my fixed income portfolio...

before i'm 25 years old,
i set my target to be 40k (challenge myself to double anything i have now)...

1)why the police shoot the black guy after he drop his gun down.
is there any racism issue? or its just a misunderstanding?
or the black guy never drop his gun down and get killed by the police and
some racist human started to create the havoc...

2)why all the youth/young man get themselves into the riot?
can't you have a clear target??
are you attacking the police or the other citizens??

no one will benefit from this riot...

4 months cost 33k...
have to pay back a total loan of 50k++ when i start working...

have to enjoy the culture there...
enjoy the weather...
enjoy the study...
enjoy EURO trip...

will enjoy it KAO KAO...
fly there on 9th JUNE..

financial freedom when i'm 35 years old..

expenses included all basic expenses and some holiday expenses...
and plus a little bit more on extra purchasing...
i will roughly 3 times of the basic expenses...

once i reach there...
i can choose what i like to do dy...

Learnt something from my AUNTs

let's me intro my 2 aunts 1st...
1st is my dad's sister...
they own a hotel~seafest hotel (3 star...you can check in goolge)
they sold out more than 50 fishery boat and concentrate on the seafood processing and export...
they also own a machinery shop...

2nd is my big uncle's wife...
they have a huge palm oil farm!!!
all their children graduated in oversea's uni and stay oversea dy..
they loan me the UK's fees d....

so i consider both of them are RICH...
btw they are damn RICH...

who say RICH people need to be LCLY??
who say RICH people cannot walk??
who say RICH people cannot take bus to town??
who say RICH people must eat "GOOD" food??
who say RICH people must stay in aircond room d??

both of my aunts take bus to town...
both of them can eat MAGGIE d leh...
both of them look like normal aunties wearing aunties wear...
both of them are so humble and polite...

OH...btw my dad's sister is a DATIN...lolx...
both of them can take bus from KK to lahad datu
or just take AIRASIA...

we should learn how to be humble...
sometime...
taking bus and doing what poor people do are a kind of life enjoyment...

my new zealand uncle go to sarawak and stay in normal wood house...
no aircond d...no electricity after 12am...

all of them never scare of kidnapping...
cuz they live like normal people..
and enjoy everything of the life...

must remind myself to enjoy life from the bottom until the top...
dont stay at the top forever..
we should enjoy life fully...from top to bottom...

settled all the important stuff to go UK!!!
1)renewed IC...
cool...just paid rm10...if over 25 years old, it will be RM 50 dy...
btw,if you lost your IC...you need to pay RM100 for the new IC!!
so take a good care of your IC...
2)PTPTN
didnt do repayment and delaying the payment since 2007 after i transfer to TARC..
get blacklisted...
but clear it up by paying 1k in advance and outstanding instruction to pay rm250 every month till the end of this year..
3)passport
get my passport today...
RM100...
those from east malaysia will take 1 week to get verification from you state before you can submit your form for the process...
4)school fees and living expenses...
get loan from uncle...
all $$ needed is in my acc dy...
so all is done...

now can confirm that i'm heading to UK this coming 9th JUNE!!

It has been 100 days

it seems to be a very short period compares with YEARS...
we have been together 100 days...
went through kinda alot of stuff...

happy 1...
romantic 1...
sad and angry 1...cuz some different perspectives among us will cause some "FIRE"
GOOD 1...
bad 1...

we face problems...
but we believe that we can get through it if we hold tight and try to solve it together..

sometimes, communication link might broke down...
we have to keep it right...
try our best to settle it down...

best part of our relationship...
we talk alot...
we talk everything...

not sure whether this will work or not..
but i'm sure that its better than those couple with very little communication..

we going to face a very tough condition soon...
hope we can overcome it...
if we do mange to overcome it...
pretty sure we can keep our relationship ever more longer!!

what can i do now??
hold tight and keep on trying to overcome every challenges...

Chatting with OLD friends~~

meet up with few old friends and had a great chatting session...
we get to know each another since FORM 1...
then we left our hometown and further our studies...
KL,KK,MIRI and also Australia...
kinda glad that we are still able to sit together and chit chat alot...
but our topic is kinda different from last time...
we are 24 years old currently...

3 out of six of us started their working life..
while other 3 will join the working life very soon in this year too...
some became very mature compare with our form 5 time...

i can see how different perception and thought make all of us different from each another...
what kind of life would you like to have??
what kind of work would you like to have??
how one perceive risk...
how one think about wealth...

sometimes,
simple is nice...
but not for all of us...

sometimes,
i still think that life is kinda "hard"
cuz we know we should be thankful but we know that "greed" sometime really push us to do more and go further...
we also know that simple is nice...
but sometimes we should go toward the challenge to get better life...

no matter which 1 you prefer...
LIFE is very personalize item...
you choose your "road" and walk through it...
be ready and be responsible...

i'm not sure how far i can go...
but i do think my plan can work well to keep me above the water...
