i'm not a student of marketing course...
but i love biz alot...
1st come to major's mind about marketing is SALE!!!

marketing need branding & positioning...
not many of the SME in m'sia really know about branding...
brand is an image registered in consumers' mind!!!
and we are in the world of branding!!!
which brand do u think of if u wan to buy toothpaste?>>COLGATE!!
fast food restaurant??>>>McDonald
low cost flight??>>AirAsia
we can directly pop out the company name for that particular item...
that's the positioning and branding!

segmentation,positioning,categorize your brand!!!
"you cant be everything for everyone,you can only be something for someone"
so your market segmentation and positioning must be clear!!!

TT night 2010

Yoyoyo...
taken up the most important role in TT...
Program Master cum (dai lou)
at the same time...
we taken up the most challenging task...
train new TT humans and other TARCian to keep TT alive in the future...
all "old man" gonna leave TARC very soon and some went into the "real" world years ago...

there are other reasons why i get myself into this post!!!
~test drive some of my new ideas!!!
~fill up my TIME>>>no internship!!!
~expand my network!!!
~NEVER LET TT "KO"!!!

we gonna do something different this year!!!
Win-Win situation became my slogan most of the time!!!
cuz 1+1 always greater than 2!!!
besides that,
Differentiation is the way to make us greater!!!
new elements have been brought into TT this year!!!
different leader,
different management and planning style...

i'm not kinda very strict person!!!
i'm not kinda very hardworking person!!!
i'm not kinda very DETAIL person!!!
i'm not kinda very patient person!!!even my EQ is quite high!!!

but i'm good in some part of planning!!!
i'm good in FIRE people if it is necessary!!
i'm kinda BUSINESS minded people in doing such an event!!!
i'm kinda 101% commitment into it once i shout "YES,I"M IN"!!!
so i will focus on the benefits of TT 101%!!!

So far progress still acceptable...
only few departments abit slow!!!
more collaboration with OO means more meeting and planning!!!

Keep Fit

it has been almost 2 months from the CNY...
came back KL with 73kg...
over my BMI normal rate...

Redang on the 3-5may will be my motivation to continue my last year target...
6 packs on my stomach!!!
i'm kinda lazy person so its kinda hard...
need a good and strong reason for me to do it...

not as hardworking as last year on the training...
but so far,managed to lower my weight to 67-68 kg dy...
back to the normal BMI...

bad thing is...
5th and 6th pack still very deep below my stomach...
2 weeks more to go...
need some intensive workout for that dy...

1st time went to photo shooting...
kinda good exp...
kinda tired with all of the repeating pose!!!
but it became so excited when i need to do all those bboy freeze...

Q1 report

Previous quarter's result!!
main liabilities are the PTPTN and Tarc Loan for my study purpose.


2010 Q1's>>

15.13 times higher than the previous year!!!
Net worth has increased significantly mainly due to the stock market's bull.
Investment portfolio recorded a total of 10.15%!!
Besides that,
Ang Pao collected in CNY was around RM500++ which are one of the main reason of the increment.
we believe there will be more improvement in the next quarter where most of the income haven't recorded into the Q1.

Cashflow>>
January,deficit appeared due to the N95 which cost RM700 and cause a RM500++ deficit amount.
Febuary,not able to record down any of the transaction in SABAH.but we assume that we have positive cashflow due to the low expenditure in SABAH and the CNY's angpao.
March,we have +ve cashflow in this month too.

we should be able to maintain +ve cashflow for each month with the more efficient cost management and multi-income stream where mainly come from the freelance's job.

2010's target is to reduce the debt ratio to below 75%!
that's mean there is another RM4,720 to go or 524.44 per month for the next 9 months.
we are still pessimistic to archive the target.

my luckiest day...
cuz i'm still alive...
i'm still normal...
just added 1 scar and new experiences...

1st accident>>
around 5pm in the swimming pool...
doing the same activity>>"cucuk air"
but this time,missed...
crashed in the swimming pool...
blood come out immediately...
long time didn't bleed dy...
get 2 stitches slightly below my left eyebrow!!
6.30pm back to MU to prepare go to DAMANSARA to rehearsal for the next day's flash mob!!

2nd accident>>
time>>unknown but confirmed night time and its abit rain...
total of 3 cars depart from MU...
i'm in alicia's car with Ching,bryan,and Ah Di...
somewhere near batu cave MRR2...
we saw a motor lying in the middle of 2nd and 3rd lane of the MRR2...
kinda weird rite?
everyone will have a look on what happen and its so close with us where we are driving at the 3rd lane...
a second after the motor past us...
the second where we bring our sight back to the front...
everything go so slow for that 1 second...
red light of the kancil...
blurr sight for a second...
my spec flied away...
i kissed the driver seat...
white smoke all inside the car...
we get ourselves into the accident!!!

1st thing in my mind...
run out of the car first since everything stopped!!!
unlock the door and screamed to ask others to get out of the car>>>gas in the car smell like a toxin...
we found out there were another 3 cars+1 motor...
and the motorist was under the 1st car>>nyudai!
2nd car>>atos
3rd car>>kancil
last 1>>ours...

we have to keep the motorist safe...
so we get 2 "jet" to raise the car so the motorist will be safe until the ambulance come...
but somehow there was few indians asked to raise up the car higher and bring the motorist out...
everyone came to help since they screamed so loud to ask for that...
we managed to move him out from the car...
and get a double cab to send him to hospital...

but i think the motorist's injuries get more serious after we moved him out!!!
after settled most of the stuff..
2 cars went to damansara to learn the steps...
and we have the late rehearsal after 11.30pm...

2 accidents within few hours...
some say that i'll have longer lifespan...
sound great...
really thanks god that i'm still alive...
i'm still normal...
all my friends still OK...
we are safe...

that's the most important thing!
