Trade Secrets of the corporation??

Just found out something interesting happened in my class/course!!!
i didn't really noticed or feel it at 1st...
cuz i'm kinda not "care" on the classes or people in the class...
don't like to get into their "politic" world!!
so I'm INDEPENDENT!!!

just found out that other group get the full set of answer from 1 of our lecturer and only photostat for their group using "AGONG" money!!!
our treasurer and printing manager in that group d...
while the 1 in charge of our group only print out 5 copies for his "KA KI NANG"..
others get nothing...
no sure what is really going on yet...
let's do some analysis...

shouldn't we share all our resources with all the members??
especially when its FREE!!you loss nothing what...
or you scare this "trade secret" will reduce your relative competitive advantage?
cuz we are kinda "outperform" at this moment...

any action that used up the "AGONG" moneys should benefit all of the members!!
cuz its belong to all of the members!!!
we are using the centralized treasury department...
so cash outflow should be in the tight and clear supervision!!
who allow a party to use the fund for their own interest??
SALAH DI SISI UNDANG UNDANG!!

or we do really having the decentralized style??
each group has its own persons in charge??
separate management??
then why we didn't have our own account??
OR
is our group's person in charge didn't perform his duty well??
is he trying to keep the best for their own people??
is there any conflict of interest??
conflict of interest come in when he wanted/try to use OUR resources to benefit the most to he and his related party only??
(berdasar teori EGOISME,tindakan yang mementingkan diri sendiri adalah TAK salah)
(hujah yang menbantah menggunakan teori UTILITARIANISME, tindakan ini adalah tak bermoral kerana tindakan ini tidak membawa manfaat yang terbanyak kepada semua pihak!!)

don't like this kind of environment la...
i hope all of these are just a misunderstanding among all the parties!!!

never fight with your "people" for a good result in school...
pointless and meaningless!!
perform well in the "REAL" world and when you work better la....

~New Laptop~

say bye bye to my 5++ years old desktop...
used sine i came to KL in 2005...
today he can retired dy..

MSI cx420 will replace him...
its come with
i5 processor,
4gb ddr3,
500gb harddisk,
ATI graphic card with 1gb memory...
the best spec in da house....

try this new laptop brand but MSI manufacture motherboard and those circuit board for laptop d...
so why not trying it??
it cost me 2399 for the laptop and buy some accessories like usb-hub,cooler,mouse and keyboard(bought the wrong set!!)
total cost will be around RM 2550+-

cool....
let's see how good is this MSI....
so now my room got acer,dell,compaq and mine 1...MSI...

Regional CFO summits 2010

what a good luck for me myself to be able to step into this hall!
thanks to DAVID from ASLI...
he help us up to provide us a special student price for this summit...
we save up RM 1,000!!

it kinda "too" high level for me as a student to get inside and really mix around.
i found out that i cant really get into their conversation's topics...
too high level...
kinda deep into "business" and "finance"

we find ourselves surrounded by all the senior manager, vice president, CEO, CFO, managers and professor...
and we are the two little tiny creature in the hall 2day...

now we know how the CFO's tasks are...
its getting more and more challenging...
get a very good quotation...
"why buying or building if we can share?"
partnership,leverage,collaboration and resources sharing...

they had invited 1 of the ASTRO's host to host the forum...
he is kinda great entertainer and host...
he is mr.kamarul bahrin haron from Astro Awwani Malaysia..

we discussed about the CFO tasks,regulation,regional economic, and etc..
kinda great learning and networking place for me..
but didnt really get into the networking...


we(me and jason) get 1 cert...wuhoo...cool...
we enjoy makan there too...hotel's stuff always not bad eating d...
had alot of tea and coffee...

i will be joining these kind of summit if its affordable for me as a student...

MSLS 2010

slept around 3.30am and woke up around 6am to go for this grand event.
this is a great event that Malaysia should have at least twice a year.
here is the place for youth to share their thought among themselves and also to the government.

there are also employers at the venue to brief the youths and also looking for the best talent...
Maybank,RHB,CIMB,SC,BAT,PWC,AirAsia,MSC and many other more...
interested in the SC job,Maybank and CIMB...



few politicians and some corporate leaders join us and conducted the forums...
we discussed a lot of topics from education to economic even the politics's issues...

we had few group discussion session in a small group of around 9 people...
this is where i feel i'm so tiny and there's a lot more to be archived by myself!!
they are really student leaders with open minded and many thoughts!!!
they can speak a very well English...
they are good in many field...even politic part...they know a lot..
they have a lot of experiences...some worked with the anti-corruption agency..

we have only 4 from local Uni in my group...
others are from UK,US,CANADA and few going to UK soon...

interesting topic that we had discussed are...
why people don't want to change??
we know there's something we need to change but we refuse to change...
are we too comfortable with the current condition and refuse to risk it??
or we just don't know how to change...
or we don't even know what's the thing we have to change...

corruption part...
why only the small fishes are being caught??
because there are many factors need to be considered!!!
most of the big fishes have big influence on the economic, politic and even the security of our nation!!
too much to risk...
so we often forgo that part to make sure the overall of our nation is stable...

same goes with the 30% bumi's stake...
a friend of mine shared this before...
it is OK to give up the 30% to make sure the safety of our family, biz and even the nation.
i don't wish to have the same incident happened in INDONESIA to happen in M'sia!!
i will "donate" that 30% to bumi so that our wealth's "distant" will be closer...
it also to prevent the "unsatisfactory" in the BUMI and come out to "destroy" the others' ethnic!!

so what do you think??wanna keep the 30%??
it will be great if we can remove it...to bring efficient economic and market...
but we have to wait until BUMI can really stand on their own feet and with an open minded...
but i really saw there are certain percentage of educated bumi really can lead our nation and can really do works efficiently.

UNLUCKILY...
i not managed to join the 2nd day MSLS 2010!!!
settle the assignment till around 5am...8am need to reach the venue...
i cant go to MSLS with my tired body and mind...

but i do really gain a lot of stuff...get motivated a bit dy!!
i also get a free 4 gb pen drive from MMC...
universal adapter from axiata...
get myself a adidas bag from BAT's lucky draw...
some notepad...

hope i will be able to join the next MSLS next year!!
