Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

its a nice movie for finance student!!
2:10 hours movie...

read a book about wall street's world>>the "liar's poker"
a study about the 2007 financial crisis...
and abit reading about the old school's bubble>>TULIP MANIA
make me fully digested most of the movie's content...

movie bring up the BUBBLE issue...
and also the wall street's game...

bubble never end!!!
it burst and give birth to another bubble!!
it changes form but its always there!!

TULIP MANIA the 1st greatest bubble!!
In 1635, 40 bulbs for 100,000 florins,the dutch's currency...
how much is a 100k florins was?
100 florins= 1 ton of butter!!!
120 florins= 12 fat sheep!!!
According to the International Institute of Social History, one florin had the purchasing power of €10.28 in 2002!!!

some one even offered 12 acres land for one of two existing Semper Augustus bulbs
In 1637, a single tulip bulbs can cost a 10 years salary of a skilled craftsman!!

this we call bubble!!!
we got recent internet bubble in 2000-2001
and the latest the sub prime bubble!!!
its never end...

during the movie,
angie asked me which 1 of the character is the bad guy...
answer: NO ONE...

the wall street's game is the game of MONEY...
game of the PEOPLE...
no right or wrong...
only who "eat" who...
and who win and who lose...
lastly, who is greedy and the last one in the game!!!

the movie's story line look like the real world...
the Lehman Brother collapsed...
the CITI group bail out by the FED...

its challenging...
my future pathway...
>>the investment world!!!
