Keep Fit



it has been almost 2 months from the CNY...
came back KL with 73kg...
over my BMI normal rate...

Redang on the 3-5may will be my motivation to continue my last year target...
6 packs on my stomach!!!
i'm kinda lazy person so its kinda hard...
need a good and strong reason for me to do it...

not as hardworking as last year on the training...
but so far,managed to lower my weight to 67-68 kg dy...
back to the normal BMI...

bad thing is...
5th and 6th pack still very deep below my stomach...
2 weeks more to go...
need some intensive workout for that dy...

GOgoGO!!!
i need the power!!!
