My Date Night

For me every date is kinda special and memorable...
i do appreciate the time with me love one...
If there is a must to choose 1 to be the most memorable one...

it will definitely in the month of August...
It's start 1 week before my Birthday...
She started a conversation in the call like this...
"eh,you better don't come Labuan this week ah!!
i will not come out to see you d!!"(she was studying in Labuan that time)

what will be your respond if your girlfriend said that to you??
i asked the reason why for more than 10 times...
don't tell me you got another guy there at that time ah!!!
kinda on fire...
we almost get into "call fighting"...

finally she said that she wanted to give some surprise for me...
no matter how...
what she did really touched me...
she fly over to KL and celebrate my Birthday here...
that's the best birthday present i ever had!!!
the day she reached here...
wo...that's my "lou po zai"
sibeh love her!!!

we didnt go out so much...
everything simple and nice...
venue>>>my house.
what we need for a date??
just you and me...
others just some additional deco for our date...

Mistakes!!!

Did some mistakes recently!!!
Unloaded my investment portfolio for few times...
unloaded almost half of my portfolio on the next day after KLCI lost its ground at 1300...
Cash ratio around 50%!!!

1st time invested in a stock which is heading up so fast!!!

can be considered as Tech stock!!
doing LED!!
get in around 0.90 with small amount(not confident enough with the market)
it start going up 1 week after that!!
paper gain reached 30%...
then correction came for 2 days...
cant stand still with it,thus sold off dy!!
btw its still going up until today highest point is around RM1.60!!

lesson:
*let's the profit grow!!
*be confident on our choice!!

at the same time unloaded 2 others counters...
which are still growing!!
*i can feel the pain that most of the 'SIFU' told me last time...
when you buy in>>its drop.
when you sold out>>start going up.

lastly...
be aware when you use on9 trading!
make sure u click the right button...
i bought extra 10 lots of CCK at 0.69 and increased my average cost!!
i planned to sell 10 lots at 0.70 not buy in!!!
too bad...this is a big mistake!

Since i missed 1 huge boat...
i loaded my portfolio with other Tech counter which will declare dividend around end of april...
its price move side way for quite a long time...
so the safety margin is huge enough,
pontential profit is huge too...

Since KLCI return to above 1300,
its look quite positive...
economic look OK...
Market is kind of steady...

so loaded up my portfolio to 92.05%...
gonna pump in some cash if necessary.
to archive 15% of return seems to be very optimistic!!!

6.3% return for my ASM

Amanah Saham Malaysia (ASM) income distribution of financial year ended March 31, 2010. is 6.30 sen per unit.

The income distribution is 0.05 sen higher than year 2009 income distribution which is 6.25 sen.

According to PNB chairman Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid, the income distribution involved a total payout of RM654.06 million, an increase of 60.5 per cent from RM407.58 million paid in 2009.

The ASM has the capable of paying 7.40 sen per unit, with the declaration of only 6.30 sen PNB has about RM118 million ASM reserves for 2011.

The payment will benefit 552,000 unitholders who had subscribed to 11.2 billion ASM units as at March 19, 2010.

Up until March 19, 2010, ASM had recorded a gross income of RM800.83 million. The breakdown of the gross income is as below

-Profit from the sale of shares contributed RM429.83 million, or 53.7 per cent
- Dividend income provided RM259.69 million or 32.4 per cent
- Investments in short-term instruments.is RM111.31 million or 13.9 per cent

ASM is a fixed priced equity-income fund aimed at providing unitholders with a long-term investment opportunity that generates regular and competitive returns through a diversified portfolio of investments.

Are you satisfied with the 6.30 percent dividend rate for ASM year 2010? It is higher than the EPF and bank 12 months fixed deposit rate.

The ASM income distribution will be reinvested in additional ASM units and will be automatically credited into the unitholders' accounts on April 1, 2010. That means, unit holders are able to update the passbook on the ASNB, Maybank, RHB and Pos Malaysia offices.
