TT outdoor shooting and gathering trip...
conclusion>>
there's still some mis-communication where some PD's not really sure how the shooting goes...
Person in charge not fully in position yet...
Time arrangement still not perfect enough yet...
may be i should take the charge 100%~~~but no point for me to do that...
lunch arrangement can be much more better...i have to be there earlier to confirm the seats..

this is the 1st outdoor shooting for TT and we go so far from KL...cool...
good start!!!
we get full support from college...
we do enjoy the whole trip!!!
happy to be with TT finalist and committees...
TT rock the MALACCA!!!

TT has reach the mid-point of everything!!!
passed the authority to my 2 new assistants to allow them to learn more...
i have more time to rest...
but need to spend more in supervise the whole process..

current status>>101% in TT!!!
other time will be on my study and my portfolio...
optimistic ratio>>85% positive...
we are different this year!!!
dont care whether others will like it or not...
as long as TT love it...

About subsidy in Malaysia

Government had subsided us for many years...
it reached 74 bil a year!!!
kinda huge amount here...

its good if we can remove it...
cuz this kind of subsidy do affect the normal economic condition...
its block the normal demand and supply of the market...
less competition...

but there always 1 important issue...
if they remove it or lower it down...
where will they spend the money???
into their own pocket???
that's why some times its better to distribute to us~RAKYAT....
at least we can get some benefit...

on the other hand~~~INFLATION!!!
do we really able to corp with the inflation???
salary stay still...
or with very slow increment of around few %...
while the price shoot up more than 10%...
how are we going to stay alive???

so we need to figure out how to increase RAKYAT's wealth that can support the inflation...
if we can archive this...
why not to remove the subsidy...

let's see whats the next step they go for...

Stop Loss Execution

Stop Loss guideline point is 10%...
in some case of good fundamental counter,it will be 15%...
current market correction might become a bear turn where bad news all over the market again!!!
Euro's debt problem and also the Korea's problem...
always remember>>>this is a sentiment drive market!!!

KLCI has been moving up continuously for months...
and now its come to the correction for 8 days straight...
so its kinda acceptable when it happen!!!

Tech stock always has higher risk compare with others!!!
its has higher volatility and tend to move faster then the fundamental chances!!!
there are few things that direct influence the Tech stock...
Economic!!! tech product depend on the economic condition alot!!!
Currency rate!!! most of the sales come from overseas...currency risk is always there!!!
hence it tend to swing wider than other stock!!!

the correction has bring my 2 tech stock selection to the stop loss point!!!
1 reached 15% and other 1 reaching the 15%...
so stop loss has to executed!!!
i know the fundamental is getting better if compare with last year!!!
but the market sentiment is not there for the tech stocks currently!!!
kinda pain and hard to do it...
cuz i have to realize the losses...
overall equity portfolio lost the 2 digits return!!!

i admit that i did some wrong decisions!!!
i allow my emotion come into the investment decision!!!
i have reduced the cash ratio to as low as 1%!!!too positive on the current
pumped in cash and go into the tech stocks!!!

gonna stop loss on the tech stocks and reinvest into the long term stock selections!!!
"greed when others fear"
i will liquidate some of my reserve to participate on this correction or bear market!!!
liquidation will be made in 2 weeks time if the market found the ground!!!

***Stop loss fast and let the profit grow!!!

Sukuk 1Malaysia 2010

another bond issued by our government...
these are the bonds available in the market for us to purchase personally...
this is a good instrument to balance up our investment portfolio...
5% return is definitely higher than the FD rate in this coming 3 years!!!
i'm thinking to liquidate 1 of my FD placement for this bond...
what i wish to have is the continuously bond issuance...
so i can keep my matured 1st sukuk (coming in 2011) rolling with another 3 years sukuk in the future...

some might ask...
"any risk involve??"

answer for normal people will be..
"NO...this bond is backed by the government!!unless our country bankrupt!!"
its quite impossible to happen...

but for finance people...
"yes..there still some risk~~inflation risk!!"
but so far malaysia inflation rate in the range of 2-4...
so its still outperform the historical inflation rate...

good news is...

not need to queue long long dy....

Books i read recently...

this is a book about career achievement...
corporate world always one of the main choice when we come to the career junction...
this book emphasize on being the top 1 earner,happy life and become a influential people in your field...
that's what we call outstanding success..

doing the things we love...

that's what we should do...




Donald trump's book is more toward business...
same thing in this book...
do what you love...
be passion...
be ready...
and the part i love the most...
make even with the people who messed up with you!!!

especially book about businesses...

TT night 2010

yoyoyo,
we are a bit different this year...
we become better and better...
its time for TT to contribute back into the community and society!!!
we participated in the "gotong royong" organized by our TARC SAS alumi...
with the support from DBKL and rukun tetangga taman bunga raya...

but we do enjoy with it...

How to learn and improve in a short time??

"passion is the main ingredient"

you will do more and willing to put more effort when ur passionate about something...

Recent Talk

meet up with someone who come to talk about insurance's saving plan...
too bad for him if he wanted to approach me for that purpose...
i had built up my own investment portfolio which i think its a perfect one for me at this moment!!

saving is the 1st step of financial planning...
then insurance come in the next...
3rd will be the investment for our wealth accumulation...
lastly asset management and will...

i'm in the stage 3...
all my capital is 100% in investment currently...

11.76% in the FD
capital in FD separated into 2 FD placement...
each placement mature in 2 months...
the maturity has been plan to be exact once a month.
so i will have emergency fund to be ready for me every month without affecting my portfolio!!

29.41% in Fixed Income fund
this is the low risk (approximate 0 risk) investment.
no price fluctuation for this fund.
average return(dividend+bond's coupon payment) 5.5%

that's mean my 41.17% of portfolio is in conservative approach...
while other 58.83 is in the equity fund to look for higher return...
aggressive approach come in!!!
>>all funds are 100% under my own control!!!

this is very important to make sure our investment portfolio to be able to overcome the inflation risk!!!
too conservative investment will find very hard to get the REAL return!!!
too aggressive type of investment might involve high risk that will destroy your whole portfolio if things go wrong!!!
that's why portfolio management is essential when we are doing the investment!!!

*conservative ratio can be reduced to the maximum level of 20% if the market is having a clear bull run...
*the least aggressive approach will allow conservative ratio to go up to 50% or the aggressive fund will hold more cash.

next to come will be the S'pore fund...
to look for higher yield type of equity...
going into the dividend approach soon...

kinda busy for the whole week...
finally got time to relax...
manage to finish 1 book from sat night till this afternoon...
kinda free...
Sunday~
read then swim...
then shopping(jalan-jalan) at jusco...
then dinner at satay lok lok...
sibeh free...but gonna busy again very soon...

1st PnP's outcome consider pass with merit!!!
not the best yet...
but its kinda good result under this "bad" condition...
bad condition define as...
low intake for this year...
lack of crew...
lack of experience among our committees...
less strategic venue...
lastly we are too kind and too good to others...
MASS CALL booklet do not have our TT's page!!!!!!!!!!

kinda boring and "NO" business for the 1st 2 days...
especially during the morning!!!

we had some conflict with OO crews...
i believe its the crew's attitude problem!!!
as we have a deal with OO before...we are FRIEND this year!!!
unluckily,
we might just reach 1st PnP and we need to take care of our own-self dy...

we also faced some conflict among the PDs with senior...
and also some PDs' attitude and mindset problem!!!

above are those bad stuff!!!
on the other hand,

our PR did a very good job even with only few crews...
they try hard to make sure our PnP is as GOOD as possible...
we also happy that stacey came back to help us...
she is the most "GENG CHAO" TT's PR...

Security did quite a good job too...
they have only 2-3 crews...
but they did their job well...

we have very less crew...
but all of them are committed on TT...
they willing to move here and there...
OT without complaint...
they are our LOYAL crew...

TT's performance always the best in TARC...
and its still the same for this year...
we get the best performance in the society day continuously 3 years until this year!!

Ex-TT dance attract alot of freshman!!!
that's TT...cool...

there are few part we still need to improve...
audition flow abit messy...
need more crew...
some crew need more training on the promoting skill...
assistant need to understand and master the PnP flow better...
my coverage is not wide enough...

every time we need to be ready to execute plan B,C,D,E,F,G....
things wouldn't come that easy and smooth accordingly like controlling a TV..
TV manual is kinda sufficient for us to perfectly enjoy the TV program...
but when we are dealing with MANY people...
uncertainty comes in...

i still kinda very optimistic on this year TT...
i'm ready to be suprised...
i'm ready to be a BAD guy...
i'm ready to scarify...
i'm ready to listen to all the feedback!!!

1st Promotion and Publicity event!!!
we get through the busiest 3 days and 2 more days to go...

this year tt,
we recruit alot of "newbie" into this big event!!!
TARC have lesser event's people dy!!
we took up the challenge and train new people...
so next year,we will have more people who will commit into events!


we cant really make sure everyone are committed and will help up...
that's why there is a rules of 80/20...
80% of the result is contributed by the 20% people!!!
so far,our ratio become 60/40...
that's mean we have quite a number of committed committees...
what we want are those who willing to learn,improve and DO their task...
we dont mind getting newbie in!!!
we're glad that we have a very good and committed PR department,glad that one of the assistant PnP did alot task...
and of cuz..
our Ex-TT (senior) to come back and help...
some Ex-TT committees also came back and help...
this what we can big family...


Humans always bring problems...
Humans always have conflict...

we are adult...
please settle everything like an adult!!!

This year we stay in SEMI-D...
kinda big and nice....

we have total of 6 queen size bed...
two at downstairs...
air-cond is damn cold in the early of the morning...


other 1 up here...
but the light abit too dark dy...
overall rating for the room>>good!!!


this is the place i love the most...
this year we have all our meals here...enjoy the wind and the beach!!!
damn nice...
sibeh relax at there...

REDANG HOLIDAY...(drunk session)

1st night of redang...
before we start the dancefloor...
our original plan was 4 wines for the 1st night and black label for the 2nd night...
unbelievable...
we finish 2 wines in few seconds after we start the dance-floor...
so we took out another 2 wines...
amazingly...
we finished it after 2nd round of the dance-floor...
small battle between old man(031,me myself) and dao gei(Cookies)...
crazy...

unluckily...
we weren't enough yet...
WE WANT MORE...WE WANT MORE...
Jus start blurr blurr dy...
she asked for more!!!



upon the approval...
we took it out...the BLACK LABEL...
guess what...
we also finished it within an hour...
no one count the clock...
after few cups...
ANGIE was drunk...
she started to talk alot...
asked me to go play card with them...
i alerted the danger of playing the card...wakkakakka
but someone went to substitute me...
and get hit by angie when she lose....wakkakakak

Jus and angie were drunk KAO KAO...
while most of us half drunk dy d...
wanted to try 100% drunk...
but there is someone to look after 1st...
and i'm the DAI LOU of the trip...
so cant get myself drunk so fast...

after make the drunk and half drunk girls in my room sleep..
we went out...
and its time to vomit...
drink too much and too fast...
pure black label is SUCKS...
this was my 1st time get drunk so much...
i cant let my eyes close...
cuz i will totally lost my balance...
need focus and determination to keep myself awake...
its cool...
you can be very open and relax when you're drunk...
let go alot of burden at that time...

Redang Holiday

wow...
just came back from redang...
this time 3D2N redang trip only...
not manage to get the standard room...
so,we stay in the SEMI-D of the REDANG HOLIDAY BEACH VILLA
very nice SEMI-D...6 pax in a SEMI-D.
***We STAY IN THE SAME RESORT...
cuz i love the place there...
and a friendly manager>>JOHN...

but this time we have only 26 pax compare wit last year 36...
this time kurang Sohai dy...
cuz most of the master of SOHAI is not with us...
schedule is kinda tight...
very tired!!!

i have only 1 night to enjoy the sky,star,beach,and beer...
unluckily,it only last for 1 hour ++...
used all my energy in marine park,CUCUK AIR,jungle trekking,naked swim and chit chat...

overall,
i still love this trip alot...
cuz i love the sea alot...
i love the beach alot...
i love having a trip with whole gang of people...

its cool...

i saw some GOOD books and selling cheap!!!

2 books from TRUMP...i wanted it long time ago...
but the normal price abit high...
but this time...

2 nice movie....
watched it in the same afternoon...
